Our products are sold in varying quantities. We encourage purchasing in dozens to save you $$.

We always try our best to secure the most cost-effective shipping method; that being said, some provinces & remote locations require additional costs, such as Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. If you are lucky enough to live in these beautiful, remote locations, we will contact you with a shipping estimate prior to sending your order.

*Some of our items are sold in bulk. Due to the weight and size of these items, the above shipping prices do not apply. We will contact you with an estimate before we proceed with your order.

US customers are responsible for paying any taxes or duties charged by US Customs office.

We use a courier unless a customer specifies alternative method. All orders will be sent Standard unless otherwise specified. Due to the fluctuating nature of the shipping industry, your order may incur additional shipping fees. You will be contacted by us to confirm shipping costs before we apply them to your account. Shipping time is approximately 7-12 days; however, for some products (duvets/pillows/and some bed linens) that are custom made to order, please expect at least 3 weeks. If you prefer to have your order shipped by other means, please contact us.

Christmas Orders: The earlier your place your orders for Christmas, the better. As some of our products are custom-made to order, we urge you to place your order before December 1.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Lead time for large quantities of customized items is approximately 8-16 weeks from date of order, depending on nature of order.

Minimum quantities will apply to customized orders (ie. pool towels), such as VAT dyeing or woven logos.

For embroidered logos, there is an initial set up fee and the cost of the logo depends on size and number of colours. Please contact us for more information.
 

RETURN POLICY

Items may not be returned without authorization from Quail Cottage Amenities.  We have a 10 day return policy from the date you receive the order (excluding pillows, duvets and mattress covers). Returned goods must be unused and include original packaging and labels. Bulk item returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. We will refund you the value of your purchased item & taxes following our inspection. Any returned item must be shipped pre-paid, unless there is a fault/defect with the item being returned. Please contact us prior to returning an item for authorization or your return may be refused.

Custom orders are final sale unless there is a defect with the product.

We will try our best to offer all the products listed on our site; however, we cannot guarantee that all items will be available at time of order. Prices may also change without notice.

 

SAMPLES

We understand purchasing linens & towels without "touching" them first can be daunting. We would be happy to send you a sample of your desired product for a $5 charge + shipping. Upon receiving your order, we will credit you $5 towards your order.

SECURITY

At Quail Cottage Amenities your security is of the upmost importance. Our online ordering and payment system is secure.  We do not share our customer's personal or financial information with other companies, solicitors, or persons not directly employed with Quail Cottage Amenities. We will gladly take Payment Information over the telephone or via fax if our client is wary of internet transactions.*If we suspect an order to be fraudulent, we will stop order immediately and forward all relevant information to authorities.
